This was my mother's album. Me and my brother played it to death when we were kids! That 60's cool was something else!

Josey records in Farmers Branch Texas, one of their employees gave me this record and it was autographed by both of the gentleman pictured on the cover illya kuryakin and Robert Wagner? Oh David McCallum. In fact the employer gave me a stack full of albums that were autographed Jay geils Band Neil Sedaka and even the light crust doughboys. I remember back in the olden days seeing pictures of David McCallum in the teenage girls magazines like 16 and Tiger Beat

I don't see any credited writers other than the great Henry Mancini. Did he write ALL these numbers? Anyone? Hugo Montenegro music was so great! Great times when creativity was at a peak in the USA & Europe in the arts. Many Thanks!

I fell in love with Robert Vaughn, so sleek and sophisticated in his suits, because of this show. Great times . . the swingin' 60's. I drove my parents nuts playing this sexy album over and over. Remember how we thought that all the flashing lights, panels, sliding doors, and other gimmicks were so futuristic and cool?

Oh I'm sure I wasn't the only one who played Man From UNCLE to this theme music in the background on the record player!

I love how Drums were mic'd up back in those days. They just sound so much more dynamic than compressing the fuck outta everything now.

Very nice! I wore out my album long ago. I had it all: the badge, I.D., and even The Man from U.N.C.L.E. briefcase that shot rubber bullets and had a hidden knife at the edge. I hate to admit it, but I would jump around the house pretending I was on a secret mission listening to song No. 4, "Wild Bike." Ah Oh, song 4 is coming on...gotta go!

Wish I'd have had one of those, they're rare as gold dust now and as expensive to buy when they do come on the buyers market. Though prices were supposed to decrease as time went on. Apparently not.

I once had this album. I was blond and looked like a young David McCallum. Some people would even call me Illya - not anymore 😭😭😭😭😭😭

I had a friend, a pudgy, brown-haired kid, who one Halloween wore a black turtleneck and said he was Ilya Kuryakin.

Could somebody please write that? Sounds like a good idea :)

BingCherry11 : Robert Vaughn would be proud that you remembered his iconic character. "BingCherry11 and the Mini-Me Affair" Thanks for your reply 😎🕶️👁️:-)

Cool!!!!! It is sad that they do not call you that anymore ... however it is really great that they once did. It is great that you once looked like Kuryakin!!! When I was 10 years old I was Napoleon Solo's "Mini-me". I had my mother buy me a grey suite and black tie. I also had my hair cut exactly like Napoleon's and always kept it combed neatly exactly like Napoleon. And since my head was the exact shape as Napoleon's I looked just like him. Of course, in a "mini-me" version. Lol!!! It was a long time ago but I have found memories. I asked my family to make sure that when I die and they are going to bury me ... I want to be buried wearing a grey suite, white shirt and black tie and my No. 11 yellow UNCLE badge.

Thanks for posting this iconic record! Great music and album cover. I remember seeing this often in the dollar bins in 90s thrift shops.
